Michelle is an experienced clinician, and works with children and adults to enhance physical, social and emotional health and well-being through individual, couples, and family therapy. Michelle uses a client centered approach and incorporates a range of treatment modalties including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
